Our wholeness program is one of the newest ways we plan to help our clients achieve their weight loss goals. This program is designed to encourage our clients to find the connection within their body, soul and spirit to achieve long lasting optimal results. It is a combination of personal training, healthy eating, goal monitoring and just learning how to be a better you.
These coaching sessions are sure to help you make taking care of yourself a lifestyle.
We offer one on one personal training or training for small groups. Each session is comprised of 1 full hour. Included in the hours session is:.

Check out our exciting low and high impact aerobic classes. All classes are designed to welcome beginners and advanced individuals at any level. We provide a variety of styles. Some of the classes offered are our:
Dance Aerobics:
A blend of exercise and dance steps that not only make exercise fun, but also helps you feel invigorated and youthful.
Gospel Aerobics:
This class is set to the latest gospel music and geared to lift the spirits of all members attending. Exercise never seemed so positive and faith driven since gospel aerobics. This is a class you don’t want to miss!
Funk Aerobics:
We take it back “old school” with our new funk aerobics class. This class is a combination of funky dance steps and good music from the 80’s.

We monitor each clients diet with daily food logs. Each client is supplied with literature and support on their daily journey to health. We help guide each individual into a long lasting lifestyle of change. When healthy eating is combined with exercise, the results are endless. Food monitoring is an essential part of the program. We take personal interest and care into the eating habits of all our clients without judgment or criticism, just acknowledgment . We realize that healthy eating is a process and work diligently with each client to achieve this goal.
