Come out on September 9th 2009 to the new Fitness program "Transforming Your Temple". The program will be located at:

Mariner's Temple

3 Henry St, Manhattan, NY 10038

The program will include:

1. Exercise Classes 2. Weigh -In 3. Food Monitoring & Education 4. Strength Training Sessions 5. Support and Reward program.

The cost for the program is $144.00 ($12.00 per class). There is a savings of $14.00 if the the entire class is paid for in advance plus a free T-Shirt
